Pope 3 - Blessed Trinity 1

Within the first 5 minutes of the game,  Grant Powell  scored his first goal of the season. With Pope up 1-0, Blessed Trinity came back to tie the score in the middle of the first half at 1-1.
 
Then,  Hunter Cutcliff  got Pope's second goal to bring the score to Pope 2 - Blessed Trinity 1 at the half.
 
It was a close second half with many close attempts from  Gil Tohar  who finally scored with 30 seconds left in the game to put the final score at Pope 3 - Blessed Trinity 1. Great Job Hounds !
 
Pope Boy's JV team is now 6-1 for the season, and their next game is at Douglas County High School on Friday, March 16, 2012.
