Boys JV

Pope 1 - Osborne 2

Hunter Cutcliff got his first goal of the season.  An unfortunate foul in the box gave Osborne a PK to break the tie.  A hard fought match by two good teams.  This will lead to great matches in the future.  Good job fellas!

Girls Varsity

Pope 9 - Osborne 0

 It was a scoring fest for Pope's Varsity girls.  The game was called early due to the rules concerning scoring and time left in the match.  Here is a list of who scored:

Boys Varsity 

Pope 1 - Osborne 0

Jonas Voet scored on a penalty kick wiht about 12 minutes left in the game, giving the Greyhounds the Region 5AAAA victory at the Pope Multi-Sport Complex.  Voet was given the opportunity for the shot after Osborne was whistled for a hand-ball penalty inside the goalkeeper's box.

Aiden Luna saved two shots for Pope (3-2, 2-1) which will travel to Villa Rica on Thursday.
